The Empire of Davonia

The emperor of Davonia is Madernistania. The emperor has a lot of power but still has to abide by the constitution and the law knowing that he or she has the ability to creat laws but the law has to be enacted by the high court or vetoed but the emperor can override a veto. The emperor can also abolish laws if he or she abides by the constitution.
